ANNOTATION
The training in the course “Developing Strengths at School” focuses on strengths as pathways to students’ well-being. It introduces a model of strengths, a classification of strengths, and how they are profiled individually for each student. It examines how strengths impact students’ personal, social, and academic domains. A program for developing strengths is presented, along with the conditions required for its effective implementation.
General Information about Short-Term Courses:
Each of the courses has a duration of 16, 32, or 48 academic hours.
The fee is determined based on the number of participants and the number of hours, as follows:
- Continuing education courses with a total of 16 academic hours – 75-90 BGN.
- Continuing education courses with a total of 32 academic hours – 135-150 BGN.
- Continuing education courses with a total of 48 academic hours – 155-190 BGN.
The training can be conducted in person, remotely in a digital environment, or in a hybrid format.
After completing the chosen course, participants receive a certificate. If they are teaching staff, they will receive a certificate for additional training or specialization, as well as the corresponding number of qualification credits, in accordance with Decree № 15 of 22.07.2019 on the status and professional development of teachers, principals, and other pedagogical specialists.
The Center for Positive Education is also prepared to offer additional thematic courses on a topic requested by the administration of schools and kindergartens, municipal administration, or Regional Departments of Education.
